Our Team

  • Helen Chetcuti - Partner

    Helen has extensive experience working in the area of family law since being admitted to practice in 2005. Helen has experience in all areas of family law including property, parenting, spousal maintenance, complex property and children’s matters and in litigating these matters.

    Prior to undertaking her legal career, Helen provided advocacy and counselling support to women and children experiencing family violence. Helen also has held previous board member positions in Community Legal Services, has worked and volunteered in community legal services and as a result has a worked with many clients all with different needs. This has assisted her to gain insight into the supports available within the legal system for clients, offering a holistic approach to her practice.

  • Jacqui Spry - Partner

    Jacqui was admitted to practice in 2006. She approaches her work with a balanced and empathetic mindset, striving to provide comprehensive and realistic guidance to her clients in a efficient and cost-effective manner.

    Jacqui’s expertise covers a wide range of Family Law areas, including consented and contested divorces, intricate property settlements, litigation and enforcement applications, as well as matters concerning parenting and children, such as recovery, relocation, and contravention proceedings. Additionally, Jacqui offers her legal services in Wills, Estates, and Probate matters including preparation of Deeds of Family Arrangements. Throughout her years of practice, Jacqui has actively volunteered at various Community Legal Centers, including her involvement in assisting and advocating for applicants at the Broadmeadows Magistrate's Court intervention order service.

  • Natalie Potenza - Senior Associate

    Natalie is a Senior Associate at C&S Law. Having practiced exclusively in family law since 2013, she has extensive experience across all facets of parenting and financial matters.

    Natalie is determined to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. She is empathetic and transparent when guiding clients through what is a difficult time in their lives. 

    She takes pride in adopting a highly detailed approach. Natalie provides legal advice tailored to each client’s unique and individual needs, with a focused view of empowering them to make informed choices in navigating the family law system and achieve quality and cost-effective results.
